军事训练中官兵心理烦恼及应付方式解析

摘　　要：目的了解军事训练中官兵的心理烦恼及应付方式。方法采用非结构自行设计调查问卷对400名参加军事训练的官兵进行调查,收回有效问卷318份。结果①无烦恼的官兵占18.9%(46/243),有烦恼的官兵占81.1%(197/243)。其中成长进步及未来发展烦恼(34.0%,67/197)、环境适应方面烦恼(22.3%,44/197)、心身方面烦恼(22.3%,44/197)是官兵主要的烦恼。②71.7%(193/269)的官兵对烦恼有3种及以上心理应付方式。③官兵的心理应付方式中成熟型心理应付方式占45.2%(392/868),不成熟型心理应付方式占47.6%(413/868),混合型心理应付方式占7.3%(63/868)。结论军事训练中大多数官兵有心理烦恼,成长进步及对未来发展方面是官兵主要的心理烦恼,尽管大部分官兵有很多应付方式进行心理调整,但未必有效。在军事训练中可通过团体心理干预引导官兵运用更多积极、成熟的心理应付方式来解决心理问题。Objective To investigate psychological vexation and coping style of military personnel in military training. Methods A total of 400 questionnaires were investigated by non-structural and self-designed questionnaire, 318 valid. Results ①Military personnel of non-vexation rate was 18.9% （46/243） , military personnel of vexation rate was 81.1% （ 197/243 ）. The most important psychological vexation includes growth need and future development of vexation （34.0% , 67/197 ） , adaptation of the environment of vexation （ 22.3% , 44/197 ） , psychosomatic of vexation （22.3%, 44/197 ）.②71.7% （193/269） military personnel had more than three kinds of coping styles. ③mature coping style rate was 45. 2% （392/868） in the military training of military personnel, immature coping style rate was 47.6% （413/868）and mixed coping style rate was 7.3% （63/868）. Conclusion There are much psychological vexalion in military training such as growth need and future development. Most of the military personnel have their own coping styles but they are not necessarily effective. Military personnel need more positive and mature coping styles given by collective mental intervention to solve the problems in military training.
