摘　　要：云南省与东盟的科技合作交流在一定程度上促进了双方经济和社会的发展。云南高校应抓住战略机遇,充分利用地域优势,正确认识自身特色优势学科和项目,挖掘国际科技合作的重点领域,扩展交流与合作的平台,以期创造更多的经济效益和社会效益,进而实现"双赢"。The scientific and technological cooperation between Yunnan Province of China and ASEAN has promoted the social and eco- nomic development of both sides. The universities in Yunnan should grasp this opportunity for strategic development, make the best use of the geographical advantages and their special disciplines and projects, and extend the key fields for further scientific and technologi- cal cooperation in order to produce more economic and social benefits for both sides.
