民族、地域差异与经济发展的关系研究--基于人格特质的视角

摘　　要：采用艾森克简易人格问卷分别对贵州山区的汉族、瑶族、布依族、水族、苗族和粤西山区的汉族等不同群体共542人进行调查,其目的是为了验证群体人格的民族、地域差异与经济发展的关系。调查研究的结果为:(1)在精神质、外倾性和掩饰维度上,存在极显著的民族差异,而在神经质维度上,民族差异不显著;(2)粤西山区和贵州山区两地的汉族群体在精神质、神经质和掩饰维度上差异极显著,但在外倾性维度上差异不显著;(3)人格特质中的精神质和神经质与当地人均年纯收入呈显著负相关,而与年均收入同比增长率呈显著正相关。The paper uses Eysenck Personality Questionnaire to investigate 542 people from different ethnic groups in the mountainous area of Guizhou Province like the Hans, the Buyis, the Shuis and Miaos and the Hans in the mountainous area of Guangdong Province, which aims to reveal the relations between the ethnic and geographic differences and economic growth in the perspective of personality traits. It has the following conclusions： i. There are Significant differences among these ethnic groups in terms of psychoticism, extra- version and lying, while there is no significant difference in terms of neuroticism. 2. The Hans in the mountainous area of Guizhou Province are significantly different from those in the mountainous area of Guangdong Province in terms of psychoticism, neuroticism and lying, but there is no significant difference in terms of extraversion. 3. There is a significant negative correlation between the local peo- ple＇ s psychoticism and neuroticism and their annual net income while there is a significant positive correlation between their psyehoti- cism and neuroticism and the year - on - year growth rates of their annual income.
