摘　　要：与我国整体社会转型的过程一样,G省在社会转型期也出现了矛盾纠纷多发、群发的现象,甚至部分纠纷还在国内外产生了强烈的影响。为了适应社会转型与和谐社会建设的需要,目前急需建立与完善多元化纠纷解决机制,针对转型期纠纷多发的情势对其进行深入的现状透视,找出其内在与外在的多重原因,并针对其现状和原因制定出切实有效的对策来化解矛盾和解决纠纷,为建设和谐社会做出积极的贡献。Like other provinces in China in the transitional period, G Province also faces quite a few contradictions and even group con- flicts, some of which have negative influence abroad. To adapt to social transformation and the construction of a harmonious society, it is urgent to find out the internal and external factors, adopt proper means and establish a multi -functional dispute resolution mechanism.
