摘　　要：针对高密尼丝纺面料织造难度大的特点,全流程使用津田驹系列设备,在整经工序配有上蜡和毛羽检测装置,整经张力调节在11 cN,整经速度300 m/min,有效的减少了纱线起毛;在浆纱工序采用三步上浆法,上浆速度250 m/min,压浆辊压力13 kN,较好地克服了纱线之间相互黏结的现象;在喷水织机上采用高后梁,车速550 r/min,经纱张力2 600 N,避免了开口不清现象的发生,最终保证了细旦高密尼丝纺面料的开发,所得产品具有手感柔软、质地轻薄等优良性能。High-density nylon taffeta with more weaving difficulty is produced through Tsudakoma series e- quipments. Waxing devices and hairiness detection devices are equipped in warping process. Warping tension is 11 cN and warping speed is 300 m/min. Hairiness in yarns is reduced efficiently. Three-step sizing technol- ogy is adopted for avoiding binding together between yams, with sizing speed of 250 m/min and squeezing pressure of 13 kN. High beam is used on air-jet loom to keep off unclear shedding. Weaving speed is 550 r/ min and warp tension is 2 600 N. At last, High-density and fine yarn nylon taffeta, with softer handle and light texture, is produced successfully.
