摘　　要：从集体林地流转的概念、前提和动因、理论基础、意愿、行为及公平性和农户利益保护机制等6个方面对现有关于集体林地流转的研究进展进行了归纳总结,分别从农户、市场、政府3个视角对集体林地流转行为的影响因素研究进行了论述。在对现有研究进行梳理的基础上,从研究内容、研究视角、研究方法 3个方面评价了现有研究的不足,并对今后的研究方向进行了相应的展望。The article summarized the present research from the definition, the premise, the reason, the theoretical basis, the willing, the action, fair and peasant households＇ profit protecting of collective forestland transfer, and the summarization of factors influencing peasant households＇ action to transfer their forestland respectively from the view of peasant household, market and government. After finishing it, the article reviews the imperfection of present research from the research contents, research views and research methods, then put forward the future research direction.
