关于住房保障供后管理工作的思考

摘　　要：当前,全国各地积极推进住房保障工作,在大量开发、建设保障性住房的同时,随之产生的供后管理问题亦日益凸显。从当前住房保障供后管理工作的现状及主要问题入手,提出关于住房保障供后管理工作的几点建议。Currently all parts of the country are actively promoting housing security, and corresponding after-supply management problem is increasingly prominent while developing and constructing welfare-oriented housing in huge quantity. Starting with current situation and main problems of after-supply management of housing security, the article gives several suggestions on after-supply management of housing security.
