进口医用X光胶片与国产套液测试性能探讨

摘　　要：随着各类自动X光胶片洗片机进入各大中型医院 ,与之相配套各种牌子和国产和进口高温冲片套液大量推出。我院在前后分别使用过六种品牌的国产高温套液 ,现将该六种品牌高温套液在相同温度、不同进口X光胶片使用时所进行感光性能测试结果 ,提供给各位同仁 :三河套液冲洗加工后五种X光胶片感光特性同申峰套液较接近。友通套药冲洗加工后五种x光胶片感光特性同前进套药较接近。大阳套液冲洗加工后五种X光胶片感光特性同爱比西尼套液较接近。柯达X光胶片在六种国产套液中表现较佳。杜邦X光胶片感光性能在三河、申峰二家沪产套液中发挥最佳。阿克发X光胶片反差性能在六种国产套液中表现得最高。柯尼卡X光胶片感光性能在六种国产套液中基本上是“中间状态”表现。富士X光胶片感光性能在六种国产套液中表现最差。More and more hospitals are using rapid processing technology for medical X-ray film. Huashan Hospital,a renowned hospital in Shanghai,had used successively six brands of domestic processing kit chemicals for processing different imported overseas X-ray films available in the market. Comparative tests were carried out on 5 types of imported X-ray films with these chemicals at the same temperature 30℃,results are summarized as follows: Sanhe brand chemicals can yield results similar to Shenfeng.Youtong brand chemicals can yield results similar to Qianjin.Taiyang brand chemicals can yield results similar to Aibici.Kodak film can yield best results with all these brands chemicals. Agfa film can perform highest contrast with all these chemicals.Dupont film can perform better results with Sanhe and Shenfeng brands chemicals.Konica film can yield fairly good results with all these chemicals.Fuji film has yielded worse results with all these chemicals.
