摘  要:用聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度凝胶电泳法对澳洲长鳍鳗(Anguillareinhardtii)5种组织(心脏、肝脏、肌肉、眼和肾脏)的4种同工酶[酯酶(EST)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)]进行了研究,并对其同工酶位点及酶谱进行了分析。结果表明,澳洲长鳍鳗的4种同工酶具有不同程度的组织特异性。EST检测到16个位点,多个位点存在等位基因。G6PDH检测到2个基因位点,其中1个位点存在等位基因。POD有3个位点,Pod-3检测到2个等位基因。MDH具有S-MDH和m-MDH 2种类型,s-MDH形成2种二聚体;m-MDH形成4种二聚体。这4种同工酶在表型、分布和活性上均表现出明显的组织特异性,可能与各组织执行的生理机能相关。Four isozymes(EST,G6PDH,POD,MDH) in six tissues(heart,liver,muscle, eye,kidney) of Anguilla reinhardtii were studied by using vertical polyacrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis.Zymograms and loci of these 4 isozymes were analyzed.The results showed that these four isozymes presented tissue specificity to some degrees.Sixteen sites were detected with EST and many of which had polymorphic loci.Two sites were detected with G6PDH and one of these sites was encoded by 2 loci.The zymogram of POD had 3 sites and Pod-3 had 2 loci.Two types of MDH(m-MDH and s-MDH) were detected:s-MDH showed two dimmers and m-MDH had four dimmers.These four isozymes indicated obvious tissue specificity in phenotype,distribution and activity, which could be relevant to the physiological function of different tissues.
