摘 要:以华硕等湖南地区10个油茶(Camellia oleifera)无性系为试验材料,研究了其花期、花器官特征以及花粉离体培养发芽率。结果表明,10个油茶优良无性系花期都大致相遇,在生产栽培中可相互配置授粉;不同的油茶优良无性系之间的花器官特征有明显差异;在最佳培养基中,华硕、茶陵二仙343、永兴7714、茶陵南宁山茶、华金、华鑫、茶陵785、邵东天心13号、永兴7716、永兴7608发芽率分别为82.68%、72.94%、50.40%、72.86%、80.31%、86.61%、75.87%、63.98%、69.39%、60.10%。Using the pollen of ten Camellia oleifera clones in Hunan as materials,florescence,the biological characteristics and pollen germination rate were studied.The results showed that 10 superior clones were consistent with the flowering time so it was possible for them to pollinate each other.There were significant differences in characteristic of floral organ among the ten Camellia clones.In the best suitable culture medium,the germination rate of Huashuo,Chalingerxian 343,Yongxing 7714,Chalingnanningshancha,Huajin,Huaxin,Shaodongtianxin 13,Yongxing 7716 and Yongxing 7608 was 82.68%,72.94%,50.40%,72.86%,80.31%,86.61%,75.87%,63.98%,69.39% and 60.10% respectively.
