摘  要:以陕北野生山丹丹(Lilium pumilum)为材料,采用不同浓度的烯效唑(S3307)、矮壮素(CCC)、丁酰肼(B9)对出苗后的山丹丹茎、叶进行喷施处理。结果表明,烯效唑、矮壮素、丁酰肼喷施均可使山丹丹的株型矮化,提高其观赏价值;3种生长延缓剂中以烯效唑的效果最好,烯效唑、矮壮素、丁酰肼的最适处理浓度分别为20、800、2 500 mg/L;与对照相比,不同浓度的烯效唑处理可以使山丹丹现蕾时间提前,而矮壮素、丁酰肼处理则会使山丹丹现蕾时间推迟;随着处理浓度的增加,3种生长延缓剂均可不同程度地缩短山丹丹的花期。Using indigenous lily(Lilium pumilum) in northern Shaanxi as experimental materials,potted lily(Lilium pumilum) were treated by different concentrations of S3307,CCC and B9 respectively by spray on stem and leaf.The results showed that the height of lily plants were dwarfed by spraying of three growth retardants;and the ornamental value were improved effectively.Among the three growth retardants,the best dwarfing effect was achieved by spraying of 20 mg/L S3307,followed by 800 mg/L CCC and 2500 mg/L B9.Compared with the control,different concentration of S3307 could promote visible bud early.However,CCC and B9 could defer this effect.With the increase of concentration,the blooming periods were shorten by the three retardants at different degree.
