摘　　要：扩大内需是中国经济社会发展的战略基点。特别是当前世界经济复苏过程艰难而曲折的境遇下,扩大内需对中国来说具有更加重要的现实意义。本文分析了我国政府提出把扩大内需作为战略基点的深刻意蕴,探讨了我国扩大内需的活力与潜力,并剖析了当前我国扩大内需过程中存在的突出问题,在此基础上提出了扩大内需的政策建议。Expanding domestic demand is the strategic basis for China＇s social and economic development. Especially, a- gainst the background of hard and tortuous recovery process of world economy, expanding domestic demand is of realistic importance for China. This article analyzes the profound implications of expanding domestic demand as the stratigic basis, discusses its vitality and potential, analyzes the key issues, and thus puts forward policy recommendations.
