内蒙古自治区甲型H1N1流感疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

摘　　要：目的监测并分析甲型H1N1流感疫苗的安全性和疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特征,评价AEFI监测系统运转情况。方法对内蒙古2009-2010年甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种后发生并报告的预防接种异常反应进行调查分析。结果全自治区报告疑似预防接种异常反应88例,一般反应67例,异常反应17例,偶合症1例,心因性反应2例,待定1例。24 h内监测到AEFI病例62例。异常反应中,过敏性皮疹占52.94%。结论甲型H1N1流感疫苗安全性较好。Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristic of suspected adverse events following immunization （AEFI） against influenza A （HIN1） and the safety of the vaccine based on the population in Inner Mongolia, to assess the run- ning situation of AEFI surveillance system. Methods The adverse events following immunization against influenza A （H1N1） in Inner Mongolia from 2009 to 2010 were studied and analyzed. Results Eighty - eight cases of AEFI were reported and in- vestigated. Among them, there were 67 general reaction cases, 17 vaccine abnormal reaction cases, 1 coincident case, 2 psycho- genic reaction cases, and 1 undetermined case. Meanwhile, 62 cases of AEFI were reported within 24 hours. 52.94 % of abnormal reactions eases were rash. Conclusion Influenza A （H1N1） vaccines used in Inner Mongolia are safe.
