北京市2000-2010年婚前医学检查主要传染性疾病分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京地区婚前医学检查中主要传染性疾病检出情况。方法采用描述性统计学方法,回顾性分析2000-2010年北京市《婚前医学检查年报表》、《疾病分类编码表》中有关数据,进行χ2检验及趋势χ2检验。结果北京市在2004年后婚前医学检查中指定传染病及其中的梅毒、尖锐湿疣等性传播性疾病检出率明显下降;乙型肝炎检出率出现2004年急速下降后,又于2008年出现逐渐上升的趋势。结论婚前保健在预防传染性疾病及性传播疾病的传播方面具有重要作用。应加强婚前医学检查工作,以减少传染性疾病的传播,确保男女双方及下一代健康。Objective To investigate the main infectious diseases detected in pre - marital medical examinations in Bei- jing. Methods The data were collected from Annual Reports of Pre - marital Medical Examinations and Classification Coding List of Diseases in Beijing from 2000 to 2010. Descriptive statistic methods and Chi - square test were used to retrospectively analyze the data and their trend. Results The detection rates of sexually transmitted diseases, such as syphilis, condyloma acuminatum, and other specified infectious diseases during the period of 2004- 2010 were significantly decreased among the target population accepted pre - marital medical examinations. Following rapid decline in 2004, the detection rate of hepatitis B showed a progressive upward trend from 2008. Conclusions Premarital health care plays an important role in prevention of infectious diseases and sexually transmitted diseases. Pre - marital medical examination should be strengthened to reduce the transmission of infectious diseases, h is helpful for the health of both the target population and their offspring.
