糖尿病并发感染的常见因素分析及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者常见的并发感染类型及感染的常见因素,为做好患者的护理工作提供参考资料。方法共抽取本院2010年1月-2012年1月间收治的糖尿病患者102例,其中感染患者36例,包括17例男性和19例女性。通过观察感染内容来分析感染的主要类型,并分析总结感染的常见因素。结果常见的感染类型有泌尿系统感染、呼吸道感染、皮肤感染、消化道感染等。且感染因素与年龄和病程有一定关系,常见的泌尿系统感染多发于女性。结论以后的护理工作中,除了常规护理外,还应加强与患者的沟通,指导他们正确的饮食,运动及药物相结合的治疗。Objective To explore the common infection types and common factors of infections in diabetes patients, and to provide reference for nursing care of the patients. Methods A total of 102 diabetes patients hospitalized in the Fourth Hos- pital of Qinhuangdao from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected. Among them, there were 36 patients with infections, in- cluding 17 males and 19 males. The main types of infections were analyzed, and the common factors were summarized. Results The common types of infections were urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infection, skin infection, gastrointestinal infection, etc. The infection factors were correlated with age and duration of illness. Common urological infection occurred mostly in females. Conclusions We should enhance the communication with patients and guide the patients in combination therapy of correct dietary, exercise and medication in our nursing work besides routine nursing care.
