摘  要:目的在广泛开展广西鼠疫历史情况调查的基础上,研究自然疫源地特征、性质及状况,为制订防制策略提供科学依据。方法全面查阅历史文献,综合分析,了解鼠疫历史疫区的时间、空间分布,结合第二次全国土壤普查结果,探讨广西鼠疫自然疫源地问题。结果发现广西鼠疫历史疫区广泛分布着红壤、赤红壤和砖红壤,尤其与赤红壤关系密切。这一类土壤具有典型的热带、亚热带风化淋溶强烈的脱硅富铝化过程以及旺盛的生物物质循环过程的特征,二、三氧化物富集。结论广西鼠疫疫区特有的土壤条件有利于鼠疫菌的生成与繁衍,构成稳固的自然疫源地,进一步证明广西鼠疫作为一种古老的传染病,在长期生物进化过程中,有其自身的特点与规律,鼠疫作为一个特殊的生物现象将长期存在,鼠疫防制工作任重而道远。Objective To study the properties, features and status of plague natural loci based on the general survey of plague history in Guangxi province, so as to provide scientific references for the formulation of prevention measures. Methods The historical literature was reviewed and analyzed by referring to the second national soil in-vestigation data in order to command the temporal and special distribution of plague in Guangxi province as well as to discuss about the plague natural loci. Results It was found that the natural plague foci was widely distributed with red soil, latosolic red soil and latosol and was especially associated with latosol red soil. This kind of soil was typical of the tropical and subtropical weathering and eluviation which led to high desiliconizing allitization and active bio-logical cycle, rich in divalent and trivalent oxides. Conclusion The particular soil facilitated the generation and multiplication of Yersinia pestis, which has formed stable natural loci. This has further proved that plague, as an ancient infectious disease, has developed particular features and regulations during the long-term evolution. As a special biological phenomenon, plague will be a longstanding problem and there will be a long way to go to control the disease.
