摘 要:目的调查青岛市夏秋季草本植物气传花粉的种类、含量及分布规律,为夏秋季花粉症的防治提供依据。方法采用重力沉降法,于2010年3月1日至2011年2月28日分别在青岛东、西部设监测点,每日进行花粉曝片。结果青岛市东部夏秋季草本植物气传花粉总含量为3 532粒,占全年花粉总量的42.43%;鉴定出9科6个属。西部夏秋季草本植物气传花粉总含量为1 537粒,占全年花粉总量的38.25%;鉴定出8科4个属。夏秋季草本植物花粉数量月分布高峰在8~9月份。葎草属含量最高,东、西部全年合计1 955粒,其次是蒿属花粉为1 565粒,禾本科670粒,豚草花粉432粒。结论蒿属、葎草属、禾本科和豚草属花粉是青岛市夏秋季草本植物主要的气传花粉,是引起夏秋花粉症的重要病因。Objective To investigate the species, contents and distribution regularity of summer-autumn air-borne herbal pollen species in Qingdao City in order to provide reference for pollinosis prevention. Methods Mo-nitoring spots were set up from 1st March 2010 to 28st February 2011 in eastern and western Qingdao, to expose pol-lens films in the air everyday with gravity sampler. Results The total amount of airborne herbal pollens in eastern Qingdao was 3 532, which took up 42. 430,% of the annual pollen amount, identified to 9 families, 6 genera. While in western Qingdao, the amount is totally 1 537 grains, accounting for 38.25%, identified to 8 families, 4 genera. The monthly distribution peak is from August to September. The amount of Humulus pollen is the highest, 1 955 grains in total in both western and eastern areas during the whole year. Artemisia pollen is the second highest, up to 1 565 grains. Gramineae pollen is 670 grains and ambrosia pollen is 432 grains. Conclusion Humulus, Artemisia, Gra-mineae, Ambrosia are the main summer-autumn herbal pollens in Qingdao city to cause pathogenesis with autumnal poUinosis in this district.
