摘  要:教育部第一轮本科教学水平评估极大地促进了高校教学管理队伍建设。济宁医学院在教学水平评估结束后,进一步加强教学管理队伍专业化建设,精简教务处科室及岗位设置,充实院系教学管理岗位,平均每个专业拥有的教学管理人员数减少了0.74,全校教学管理队伍硕士、博士学位构成比提高了18.08%,院系教学管理队伍专业符合率提高了29.13%。The development of the teaching management team were promoted greatly through the evaluation on undergraduate teaching.The specialization of the teaching management team was strengthened further,simplified the positions of Registrar Office and enriched the teaching management positions of departments in Jining medical University after the evaluation.The teaching management personnel numbers of each major reduced an average of 0.74.The constituent ratio of masters and doctors in teaching management team of the university increased by 18.08%.The accordance rate of specialty of the departments teaching management team increased by 29.13%.
