摘  要:目的观察丹参酸提液对高脂大鼠胫骨和腰椎骨丢失的防治作用。方法选取3月龄SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组(NS组)、高脂乳剂组(HFE组)、丹参酸提液组(SMB组),每组10只。NS组灌胃生理盐水,HFE组和SMB组灌胃高脂乳剂建立高脂血症模型,SMB组同时给予丹参酸提液。给药16周后处死大鼠,分离血清检测胆固醇、三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),并取胫骨上段、胫骨中段和第5腰椎,进行骨组织形态计量学参数检测。结果与HFE组比较,SMB组大鼠HDL-C升高(P<0.05),骨小梁面积百分数、骨小梁数量、成骨细胞贴壁长度百分率均增加(P<0.05),而骨小梁分离度、每毫米破骨细胞数、破骨细胞贴壁长度百分率均减少(P<0.01);胫骨中段的皮质骨面积百分数增加(P<0.01),骨髓腔面积百分数减少(P<0.01);腰椎松质骨的骨小梁面积百分数、骨小梁宽度增加(P<0.05),而骨小梁分离度减少(P<0.01)。结论长期高脂乳剂灌胃会导致大鼠骨量丢失,丹参酸提液能有效对抗高脂大鼠胫骨上段、中段骨、第5腰椎的骨丢失。Objective To study the effects of acid extract of Salvia mihiorrhiza Bge (SMB) on the prevention of bone mass loss in tibia and vertebrae in high - fat - induced osteopenia rats. Methods Thirty 3 - month - old male Spra- gue- Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into NS group, high- fat emulsion (HFE) group, and SMB group. High fat emulsion lavage was given to the rats in HFE and SMB groups for construction of high - fat rat model, while stimulatory SMB extract was given to rats in SMB group. The subjects were sacrificed at 16th week for assessment of serum TC, TG, and HDL- C. PTM, LVB and Tx sections were collected for histomorphometric analysis. Results Compared with the HFE group, there were significant increase of serum I-IDL - C, % Tb. Ar, Tb. N and % Ob. S. Pm, while significant reduc- tion in Tb. Sp, % Oc. S. Pm and Oc. N/mm were also revealed in SMB group (P 〈 0. 05). Meanwhile, there was signifi- cant increase of % Ct. Ar with reduction of % Ma. Ar in Tx of SMB group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; so were the increase of % Tb. Ar and Tb. Th and reduction of Tb. Sp in LVB ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion SMB can effectively reverse the long - term high - fat diet -induced bone loss in rats.
