摘 要:采用PCR-RFLP方法检测了FecB基因在甘肃肉用绵羊新品种横交固定群中的多态性,为提高甘肃肉用绵羊新品种繁殖性能提供理论依据.结果表明:在甘肃肉用绵羊新品种横交固定群中检测到2种基因型(B+和++),未检测到BB型,2种基因型频率分别为0.30和0.70,野生型(++型)在群体中是优势基因型.经χ2适合性检验表明,甘肃肉用绵羊新品种横交固定零世代羊群偏离了Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P<0.01),而一世代羊群没有偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P>0.05).说明FecB基因不是甘肃肉用绵羊新品种横交固定群产羔性状的主效基因.FecB gene was detected in Gansu meat sheep new breed population by PCR-RFLP,attemp- ting to improve its reproductive performance. The results showed that there were two kinds of genotype (B +++) in this population,but BB genotype was not detected. The genotype frequency of B+ and +_c were 0. 30 and 0. 70, respectively. Obviously, ++ was dominant genotype in this population. It revealed that FecB gene located in intercrossing population was significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilib- rium (P〈0.01) by x2 test, but a generation of Gansu meat sheep new breed population was not deviate from the Hardy-Weinberg balance (P〉0.05). These results indicated that FecB gene could not be the fe cundity trait gene in Gansu meat sheep new breed population.
