摘 要:以甜瓜抗白粉病品种‘PMR5’、感病品种‘黄河蜜3号’及其杂交的F2代群体为材料,采用SSR标记和分离群体分组分析法(BSA)对抗病基因进行DNA分子标记.结果表明:引物CSAT425在抗、感亲本间和F2代抗、感基因池间能扩增出1条大小约为98bp的多态性片段.经F2代180个单株验证后,该多态性条带与‘PMR5’抗白粉病基因连锁,该标记与抗白粉病基因的重组率为13%.该标记定名为CSAT42598,可以作为甜瓜抗白粉病辅助选择的分子标记.Molecular marker of the disease resistance gene was studied using simple sequence repeat (SSR) and bulked segregant analysis (BSA),with resistant melon 'PMR5', susceptible melon ' Huanghemi 3' and the Fz generation population from ' PMR5 and ' Huanghemi 3 as materials. The results showed that a polymorphic fragment of 98 hp was amplified with primer CSAT425 between the resistant pool and susceptible pool. After verified by 180 individuals of F2 generation, the polymorphie fragment was related with the powdery mildew named CSAT42598,it can melons. resistance gene of 'PMRS', the recombination rate was 13%.
