摘  要:采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对西宁市广泛引种栽培的丁香属10个植物品种的过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同工酶进行了分析,结果表明:10个品种共出现POD同工酶酶带9条,EST同工酶酶带12条,其中POD-1,POD-2和EST-1,EST-2为所有品种共有酶带,是丁香属植物的特征酶带,其他酶带在不同品种间有明显差异,可以根据酶谱中酶带的分布位置对丁香属不同品种进行鉴别.DPS聚类分析表明:10种丁香属植物可分为5大类.同工酶谱分析可作为丁香属植物分类鉴定的依据.Peroxidase (POD) and esterase (EST) isozyme of 10 Syringa species were analyzed by poly- acrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE),and the genetic relationships of these 10 species were compared by clustering analysis methods. The results showed that 9 POD bands and 12 EST bands were separated from 10 species,in which POD-1,POD-2,EST-1 and EST-2 appeared in all of the species, they could be seen as the marker bands of Syringa. On the contrary, the other bands showed great differences among species, so the isozyme patterns could be used for classification of Syringa species. Clustering analysis showed that 10 Syringa species could be divided into five categories. Therefore,POD and EST isozyme could be used as an important reference for identification and classification of Syringa species.
