摘 要:以稀盐酸、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为改性剂对海泡石进行表面改性,利用分光光度计、颗粒计数仪和zeta电位分析仪研究改性前后海泡石在水介质中的分散稳定性。结果表明,改性剂种类影响着海泡石表面电荷和zeta电位,zeta电位绝对值越高,粒子间斥力越大,体系越稳定。在水体系中按SDS-sep>CTAB-sep>Acid-sep>C/S-sep>Raw-sep顺序海泡石悬浊液稳定性依次变差。Sepiolite was modified with dilute hydrochloric acid, hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodiun dodecylsulfate (SDS). The dispersion stability of sepiolite treated and untreated in aqueous solutions was investigated by means of UV-vis spectrophotometer, particle counter and zeta potential analyzer. The results showed that types of modified agent influenced surface charge and zeta potential of sepiolite. The higher the absolute value of zeta potential, the greater repulsive force of particles, then the suspension was stable. The stability of sepiolite suspension was getting worse in order in aqueous solutions as SDS-sep〉CTAB-sep〉Acid-sep〉C/S-sep〉Raw-sep.
