摘 要:采用油酸钠、六偏磷酸钠对长石矿进行湿法提纯,在此基础上,研究了捕收剂-酸浸法复合除铁工艺。通过正交试验研究了酸浸除铁的最优工艺条件。结果表明,硫酸酸浸除铁效果优于盐酸,其最佳条件为:硫酸质量分数70%、酸浸温度80℃、酸浸时间12 h、液固比2∶1。除铁时优先考虑硫酸酸浸,捕收剂-酸浸复合除铁工艺中,丁基黄药-酸浸除铁率为66.7%,丁基黑药-酸浸除铁率可达69.4%。复合提纯工艺之后,长石结晶度减小,表明长石的晶体结构被破坏。In this paper, flotation purification was studied with sodium oleate, sodiummetaphosphate. On this basis, the collecting agent - acid leaching composite iron removal process was studied. The most optimal conditions of acid leaching of iron removal was researched by orthogonal experiment. It was shown that the iron removal effect of sulfuric acid was better than that of hydrochloric acid. The optimum sulfuric acid leaching parameters were as follows: the concentration of sulfuric acid was 70%, the acid leaching temperature was 80 ℃, leaching time was t2 h, and liquid solid ratio was 2 : 1. The study showed that the iron removal rate for acid leaching with butyl xanthenes and black butyl drug reached 66.7% and 69.4%, respectively. After composite purification processes, the crystallinity of feldspar decreased, which showed that the feldspar crystal structure was destroyed.
