粉煤灰改性及作橡胶补强填料机理研究

摘　　要：通过化学成分分析、粒度分析、X射线衍射、SEM分析等方法,研究了粉煤灰的性质,并对粉煤灰进行化学改性,对改性后粉煤灰的吸油值进行测试和分析,优选出2号改性粉煤灰,利用该改性粉煤灰代替白炭黑作橡胶补强材料,制品拔出力高于国标和企业标准,并对其进行了补强机理研究。The fly ash properties were analyzed by chemical analysis, particle size analysis, X-ray diffraction and SEM and so on. The fly ash were carried on chemical modification and No.2 was sellected as the best one by testing and analysising the oil absorption value. The modified fly ash was used for rubber reinforcement material instead of white carbon black. The results show that pull-out strengtbes were higher than the GB and enterprise standards.The reinforcement mechanism was reseached.
