摘  要:某电厂一次风机调试期间发生多次喘振,造成了风机叶片角度偏移。针对风机喘振问题进行分析,发现风机选型与制粉系统阻力不匹配,风量小风压高是造成喘振的主要原因。提出了在风机出口和入口之间加装再循环管,增大系统通风量,并对运行策略进行了改进。一次风机运行稳定性和可靠性得到了提高,风机未发生喘振。The surge of the primary air fan has happened several times during debug of a power plant,it made the drift of the fan blade, for the analysis to the surge of fan, we found that the milling system resistance did not match the fan selection and the high wind pressure and the small air flow was the main reason which caused the surge, for increasing the amount of air ,it Installed recycling tube between outlet and inlet of the fan, and the run strategy was modified also. The operation stability and reliabihty of the fan has been improved, the fan was not surge any more.
