摘  要:采用不同冷轧变形率轧制GH536合金薄带,研究了不同冷轧变形率对GH536合金带材力学性能、织构、显微组织的影响,以期确定轧制GH536薄带材的合理压下量。研究结果表明:在12.5%~60%冷轧变形率范围内,随冷轧变形率增大,GH536合金带材室温拉伸强度和硬度增高,塑性降低,屈强比增大,形变抗力增大。在不同冷轧变形率下,带材的织构组分均含有{110)〈112〉黄铜型;{112}〈111〉铜型;{213)〈364〉s型;{1i0)〈001〉高斯型,随变形率的增加,各组分都有所增强,黄铜型组分含量最多。在冷加工过程中,碳化物阻碍晶粒基体及晶界在变形中的滑动,起到阻碍晶粒基体变形的作用,GH536合金具有较强的抗变形能力。研究认为,在25%~37.5%冷轧变形率范围内,合金带材具有较好的成形性能和冷加工性能。With cold rolling deformation between 12.5% and 60% for GH 536 superalloy strips, effect of deformation on the mechanical properties, texture formation and microstruc- ture evolution has been investigated. The results show that an increase of deformation will lead to an increase of mechanical properties for tensile strength, hardness, yield ratio and de- formation resistance, an increase of rolling textures such as Goss { 110}〈001〉, S{213}〈 364〉, Copper{ll2}〈111〉 and especially Brass {110}〈112〉, and an increase of band structure as well as work hardening. An optifiaized process of cold rolling deformation be- tween 25 % and 37.5 % has been presented to obtain an excellent formability and cold work- ability for GH 536 superalloy strips.
