摘　　要：分布式网络管理在规模庞大,结构复杂的通信网络中作用日趋明显。Internet Communications Engine是一种准的,独立于计算机硬件与操作系统,面向对象的分布式中间件平台。该文介绍了ICE通信的基本原理,设计了一种基于ICE动态调用与分发机制的方案,结合Java IO技术,实现跨平台参数及文件传送。Distributed network management is playing an scale is being larger and structure is becoming more and. important role in the communication network whose more complicated. Interact communications engine （ICE） is a standard, independent of computer hardware and operating system and object-oriented distributed mi^tdleware platform. This paper introduces the basic principle of ICE communication, designs a scheme which is based on dynamic invocation and dispatch mechanism in ICE, which is combined with Java IO tech- nology and realizes the transmission of parameters and file in between different platforms.
