摘　　要：该文分析了起爆具生产工艺流程,设计了该产品生产的自动控制系统。该系统采用西门子公司的S7-300系列的CPU模块和I/O模块等组成下位机,上位机采用工控机和组态软件,对采集的数据进行集中管理和实时监控。A production process of the booster is analyzed and a design about the automatic control system of that is presented in this paper. The lower computer of the system is consisted of the S7-300 CPU modules and I/O modules by SIMENS, while the upper computer adopts the industrial PC and the configuration software for the centralized management and real-time monitoring of the acquired data.
