摘　　要：结合中国智能交通系统行业的发展,介绍了交通管理平台iScope历经的路段机电监控、网络化区域交通管理和智慧型综合交通管理等各个阶段,以及每个阶段的行业发展需求、iScope平台技术架构和项目应用情况。阐述了iScope平台的发展前景和设想。This paper introduces the development of the intelligent traffic management platform iScope, which represents the ad-vance of the intelligent traffic management system in China. The iScope has evolved in 3 stages, from the standalone traffic control station for road sections to regional traffic management network and latest, the intelligent integrated traffic management system, each of the stages responding to the growing needs of highway construction. The versions of the iScope in different stages are described focusing on the platform architecture. The representative highways where the versions of iScope are in-stalled are given. The further development of the iScope platform is suggested.
