摘　　要：目的:文章旨在对于传统工艺进行简化,提高产率,得到先进的工艺合成技术。方法:研究采用真空脱水法制备高纯度N-羟基丁二酰亚胺。结果:对反应过程的工艺条件进行研究,通过单因素实验和正交实验找到了最佳工艺参数。结论:确定了合成N-羟基丁二酰亚胺的最佳工艺过程。The major idea of the paper was to predigest the traditional methods,increase the yield of NHS and find the best course of synthesis.Investigating the vacuum-dehydration process to synthesize NHS.The monofactor method and multifactor orthogonalizing design method were applied to get the optimum parameter.The optimum processing conditions of syntheszing the NHS were defined.
