摘　　要：中原油田采油三厂一般应用长期定量加高效表面活性剂、清蜡剂等化学药剂,降低原油粘度,提高原油溶蜡能力的方式,以维持结蜡油井的正常生产;但是对于严重结蜡油井,只能减缓石蜡、沥青等重组分的析出和附着速度,清防蜡效果有限。因此针对严重结蜡油井,开发应用油层保护与高温蒸汽热洗清防蜡综合技术,通过油层保护与高温蒸汽热洗相结合,定期对严重结蜡井进行蒸汽热洗,能清理油管内壁和抽油杆的积蜡,同时相比普通热洗和一般蒸汽热洗,大幅降低对油井生产的负面影响;对于维护严重结蜡井的正常高效生产,具有重要的意义。Zhongyuan Oilfield Third Factory always maintain the paraffin troubled well normal production with injecting high efficiency surface,acting agent paraffin remover and other chemical drug to thin out the crude and enhance the ability of crude oil to dissolve the paraffin;but for some oil well paraffinning seriously,we can only slow down the paraffin and asphalt bleeding and adhering speed just with limited effects.For the Well paraffinning seriously we can apply the oil layer protection and high temperature steam washing technology.With combining the oil layer protection and high temperature steam washing we can treat the well paraffinning seriously with this method regularly.In this way we can clean up the paraffin inside the oil tube and pump rod.Compared with the normal heat washing and steam heat washing,it can reduce the negative impact of oil well production obviously which makes great difference to maintain the paraffin troubled well normal production.
