摘　　要：为了提高产品质量,降低劳动强度,大力发展连续化自动化的生产线,是民爆产品生产工艺的发展方向。文章从生产实践出发,根据质量控制中过程控制的原则,逐一分解连续化自动化乳化炸药生产线中存在的关键质量控制点,分析影响质量控制的各个控制点主要因素、一般因素及次要因素,并提出相应的对策,为生产实践提供服务。In order to improve the product quality,reduce the labor intensity,vigorously develop continuous automatic production lines,which is the production technology development direction of industrial explosives product.The paper from the basis of the practice of production,according to the process control principle of quality control,to decompose the key quality control points in continuous automation production line of emulsion explosive one by one.Analyzed the main factors,general factors and the secondary factors of each the key quality control points in quality control.Advance corresponding countermeasure to provide services for the production practice.
