摘　　要：通过对甲醇三塔精馏系统工作状态的运行分析,在一定的温度、压力等条件下,对工艺运行过程中主要的关键点进行控制,三塔才能稳定运行;同时为降低能耗,在保持稳定生产、质量合格的基础上,采用合适的回流比。The key point in the process is running,run by the state of methanol three tower distillation system,in certain conditions such as temperature,pressure control,the three towers to stabilize operation;to reduce energy consumption,while maintainingstable production,on the basis of acceptable quality,the reflux ratio.
