摘 要:采用英国ADC公司生产的LCi便携式光合仪测定系统,对4个大棚栽培甜瓜品种的光合参数进行了研究比较。结果表明,供试品种的光合参数品种间差异显著,其中翠玉2号、豫金香的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶肉瞬时羧化效率(Pn/Ci)都较高,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)较低,表现了较好的光合能力,具有较大的高产潜力。The LCi portable photosynthesis system was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics ol 4 melon varieties in Plastic House. The results showed that the diferences of photosynthetic parameters of diferent varieties were distinct. The net photosynthesis rate ( Pn ), stomata1 conductance ( Gs ) and instantaneous carboxylation eficiency ( Pn/Ci ) of Cuiyu No.2 and Yujinxiang were higher than the others,while their intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ci ) were lower, So photosynthesis productivity of these varieties behaved better. And their photosynthesis eficiencies were better than that of the others. That is to say, their highyield potential was good.
