双花败毒饮治疗儿童季节性流感的免疫机制研究

摘　　要：目的研究双花败毒饮治疗季节性流感的免疫机制。方法选取诊断为流行性感冒的患儿80例,对照组给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,实验组给予双花败毒饮治疗。观察患儿补体、免疫球蛋白及T细胞亚群的变化。结果两组补体和免疫球蛋白水平无明显变化。蒲地蓝消炎口服液组T淋巴细胞较双花败毒饮组减少明显。结论双花败毒饮通过调节机体T细胞亚群治疗流行性感冒。Objective To study the immune mechanism of shuanghua Baidu decoction on chil- dren＇ s seasonal influenza. Methods Eighty pediatric patients with seasonal influenza were di- vided randomly into two groups, and Pudilan decoction and Shuanghua Baidu decoction were given respectively. The changes of complement, immunoglobulins and T lymphocyte subsets of the patients were observed. Results There was no change of complement and lins betw immunoglobu - een two groups. The T lymphocytes were less in patients with Pudilan decoction than in patients with Shuanghua Baidu decoction. Conclusion Shuanghua Baidu decoction may treat the patients with seasonal influenza through regulating T lymphocytes.
