笑气在肠镜检查中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究笑气应用于肠镜检查的效果与安全性。方法将180例需要进行肠镜检查的患者随机分为笑气组(用笑气麻醉)、丙泊酚组(用丙泊酚麻醉)和对照组,每组60例;观察比较3组术中镇痛效果和不良反应情况。结果笑气组镇痛效果与丙泊酚组比较无差异,但不良反应发生率低于丙泊酚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而笑气组镇痛效果明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论笑气吸入应用于肠镜检查术,镇痛效果优越,安全性高,且操作简单,经济实惠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the anesthetic effects of nitrous oxide for colonoscopy. Methods A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into N2O group （ inhalation with ni- trous oxide）, propofol group （injection with propofol） and control group. Analgesic effects as well as incidence of adverse effects were observed and suits There was no significant difference in analgesi compared between the three groups. Re- c effects between the N2O group and the propofol group,but the adverse effect was lower in N2O group than that in 0. 05）. While the analgesic effects in N2O group were significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion Anesthetic effects of N2O is effective and Safe in colonoscopy. Being sim- ple and economical, the N2O is worthy for application in clinical work in large scale.
