摘  要:目的:探讨白蔹外用对小鼠、大鼠烫伤模型的影响。方法:采用90℃恒温水浴造大、小鼠烫伤模型,观察大、中、小剂量白蔹水煎液和大、小剂量白蔹油糊对小鼠、大鼠烫伤模型烫伤面积及局部组织形态的影响。结果:大、中、小剂量(0.75g/cm2、0.5g/cm2、0.25 g/cm2)白蔹水煎液组,大、小剂量(0.24 g/cm2、0.12 g/cm2)油糊组均显著减小小鼠烫伤面积、显著增加烫伤皮肤面积纸重差值、显著改善烫伤的症状及病理变化。结论:白蔹外用对小鼠、大鼠烫伤模型均有治疗作用。Objective:To explore the impact of Ampelopsis external use on the scald model of the mice and rats. Methods:Establish the scald mod- el of the mice and rats infected by 90℃constant temperature water bath. The observation of large, medium and small - dose Ampelopsis water decoction and large and small - dose Ampelopsis oil paste on mice and rats scald model of the scald area and the local tissue morphology. Re- sults : Large, medium, small doses ( 0.75 g/cm2 ,0.5 g/era2,0.25 g/cm2 ) Ampelopsis water decoction groups, large and small doses (0.24 g/ cm2 ,0.12 g/cm2) oil paste of Ampelopsis group was significantly reduce the scald area of mice, significantly increase the area scalded rats paper weight difference before and after drug, Significantly improve the symptoms of burn and pathological changes ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Ampelopsis has remarkable external curative effect on mice and rats scald model.
