妇炎舒胶囊对大鼠慢性盆腔炎治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察妇炎舒胶囊对混合菌液致慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型的影响,探讨其治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用机制。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组(蒸馏水10ml/kg)、模型组、金鸡胶囊组(0.65g/kg)、妇炎舒胶囊大剂量组(1.8g/kg)、妇炎舒胶囊中剂量组(0.9g/kg)和妇炎舒胶囊小剂量组(0.45g/kg)。采用子宫内注射混合菌液造成大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型,连续给药28天后,观察妇炎舒对大鼠子宫内膜的组织形态学改变,检测血液流变学指标的变化。结果:0.9g/kg和1.8g/kg妇炎舒对混合菌液致子宫内膜炎大鼠体重下降具有一定的减轻作用,可降低大鼠子宫卵巢脏体比值,明显改善子宫内膜上皮细胞增生、变性、坏死改变以及炎细胞浸润和子宫内膜充血、水肿等改变;0.45g/kg、0.9g/kg和1.8g/kg妇炎舒与模型组比较,降低全血粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数、压积。结论:妇炎舒胶囊对混合菌液致大鼠慢性盆腔炎有治疗作用,其作用机制与改善血液流变学有关。Objective： To observe the effects of Fuyanshu Capsule on chronic pelvic inflammation of rats induced by a mixture of bacterium suspen- sion and the possible mechanism of the therapeutic effects. Methods： Chronic pelvic inflammation of rats was caused by injection of a mixture of bacteriums suspension into injured womb. Sixty rats were random divided into 6 groups, including sham-operation group （distilled water, lOml/kg）, model group, Jinji capsule group （0.65g/kg） and Fuyanshu capsule groups （ 1.8g/kg, O. 9g/kg, O. 45g/kg）. After the rats were treated 28 days with corresponding medicine intragastric administration, the pathological of endometrium and the parameters of hemor- rheology were used to evaluate the effects of Fuyanshu capsule. Results： Fuyanshu capsule （0.9g/kg and 1.8g/kg） reduced the ratio value of the swelling womb and ovaries to body weight of the rats. Fuyanshu capsule ameliorated obviously the endometrium epithelial hyperplasia, degeneration, inflammation cell infiltration, and endometrium congestion and swell. Fuyanshu capsule （0.45g/kg, O. 9g/kg and 1.8g/kg） decreased whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and volume of packed red cells. Conclusions： The therapeutic effects of Fuyanshu Capsule on chronic pelvic inflammation induced by a mixture of bacterium suspension in rats is related to the improvement of hemorrheology variation.
