摘 要:利用SSR标记对16份甘蓝型油菜自交系进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:34对引物共扩增出72条清晰的谱带,片段长度在100~650 bp之间,引物PIC值介于0.12~0.73之间,平均为0.39;供试材料间的遗传相似系数在0.52~0.90之间,平均为0.63,其中pol-CMS恢复系间的遗传差异较大,pol-CMS不育系间与温敏核不育系间的差异较小;在遗传相似系数0.685处可将供试材料分为3个类群,聚类结果与已知的系谱来源基本一致。The genetic diversity of 16 Brassica napus inbred-lines was analyzed by SSR markers. The results showed that 72 bands between 100 and 650 bp were obtained from 34 SSR primers, and the average value of allelic polymorphism information content (PIC) per SSR primer was 0.39 with a ranged from 0.12-0.73. The genetic similarity coefficient among tested materials was between 0.52 and 0.90 with average of 0.63, in which the genetic differences among pol-CMS restorer lines were comparatively more than those among pol-CMS lines and thermosensitive genic male sterile lines. Sixteen Brassica napus lines can be divided into three groups according to genetic similarity coefficient of 0.685, and the results were consistent with known pedigree analysis.
