摘　　要：通过4 a的制种实践及大面积生产,总结了C两优343亲本的特征特性及高产制种技术。制种成败的关键在于选择适宜的制种区域和季节,把握好父母本播差期,在湘南地区C两优343父母本最为适宜的播差期为父本播后8～13 d、叶龄差2.0～2.5叶。同时要培育多蘖壮秧,打好高产基础;适时移栽,合理密植;加强肥水管理,创建高产群体结构;科学喷施"九二0",提高异交结实率;严格"去杂去劣",确保种子质量;加强病虫防治,确保丰产丰收。Based on four years breeding practice and large area seed production, the characters of C-liangyou343＇s parents and its high-yield seed production techniques were summarized. The key of seed production is selecting right sowing period and season, so it should grasp sowing gap rightly. The optimum sowing gap between parents for C- liangyou343 in Southern Hunan area was as follows： female parent should sowing 8-13 days later than male parent when leaf age gap was 2.0-2.5 leaves. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the high-yield, it should breed multi-tiller seedlings to lay a good foundation for high-yield; to transplant seedlings at right time and with proper planting density; strengthening management of fertilizer and water to create high-yield colony structure; spraying ＂920＂ to improve out-crossing rate scientifically; removing impurity rigorously to ensure the quality of seeds; strengthening control of diseases and insect pest.
