摘 要:以云南曲靖主栽烤烟品种云烟97试材,研究了4个不同采收成熟度对烤后烟叶物理性状、化学成分的影响。结果表明:随着采收成熟度的提高,烟叶物理性状的最大叶宽、含梗率、叶片厚度呈现出先升后降变化趋势;化学成分中淀粉含量先增后减趋势;总氮、烟碱含量呈先减后增的趋势,钾、氯含量变化不大,还原糖、总糖及双糖差比例不协调,需要综合考虑烟叶物理性状和化学成分的协调性。云烟97不同部位烟叶适宜采用不同成熟度采收,其中下部叶适宜采收成熟度为处理XM4(叶面黄绿色,主脉变白2/3以上);中部叶以处理CM3(叶面浅黄色,8~9成黄;主脉变白3/4以上)采收最佳;上部叶以处理BM4(叶面全黄;主脉全白,有叶尖发白或焦尖现象)采收最佳。By using Yunyan97, main cultivar planted in Qujing of Yunnan, as test materials to research the effects of four different harvest maturities on physical properties and chemical components of baked tobacco. The results showed that with the increase of harvest maturity, the physical properties of tobacco such as the biggest leaf width, stem content and leaf thickness, presented a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing; the trend of starch content in chemical composition is increase first and then decrease; the total nitrogen and the nicotine amount showed a first decrease and then increase trend; the contents of potassium and chlorine had a slight change; the proportions of reducing sugar, total sugar and disaccharide were inconsistent, so it needs to consider the coordination between the physical properties and the chemical compositions of tobacco leaves. Different parts of tobacco leaf of Yunyan97 should be harvested at different harvest maturities, in which the maturity of lower leaves are suitable for treatment XM4 (foliar yellow-green, the main vein white over 2/3); the middle leaves should be harvested with treatment CM3 (light yellow foliage, 80-90 percent yellow; the main vein white 3/4 or more); the upper leaves should deal with BM4 (leaf yellow; all white main veins, tip whitish or coke tip phenomenon).
