摘 要:为了满足化工园区综合废水处理后安全排放的要求,开展了Fenton-絮凝法处理化工园区综合废水的实验研究。分析了天津某化工园区综合废水的水质情况,并考察了Fenton-絮凝法处理该废水的最佳实验参数。实验表明,在室温下,反应时间为60min,初始pH为3.5,双氧水投加量为0.5Qt(h理论投加量),m(Fe2+)∶m(H2O2)=1∶20,絮凝pH值为6.5,阳离子型PAM的投加量为20mg/L,搅拌速度为40 r/min,搅拌时间为15min,沉淀时间为15min的条件下,浊度和COD的去除率接近96%和70%。出水可生化性明显提高,GC-MS分析结果表明出水中的毒害有机污染物质种类数目有较大幅度的减少。In order to meet the demand of the safety wastewater drainage, the experiments on the mixed wastewater treatment in the Area of Chemical Industrial Park by combination of Fenton and flocculation process were studied. The quality of wastewater from Area of Chemical Industrial Park in Tianjin was analyzed, and the optimum conditions were investigated. The results indicated that 96% of turbidity reduction and 70% of COD removal were nearly achieved under the following optimal conditions: normal temperature, reaction time 60 minutes, initial pH value 3.5, H2020.5Q^th (theoretical quantity), m(Fe^2+):m(H2O2 )=1:20, flocculating pH value 6.5, PAM 20mg/L, stirring speed 40r/min, stirring time 15 minutes and precipitation time 15 minutes. Biodegradability of effluent increased largely, and the number of kinds of hazardous organic pollutants was also decreased.
