摘　　要：本文通过对丙烯腈生产的关键设备成品塔冷凝器壳程结垢严重原因的分析,采用以波壁纹管取代直壁管的解决方案。通过生产运行实践,取得了很好的效果,建议在生产运行中广为采用。In the paper, the writer Analysis the Key Equipments of acrylonitrile production, the condenser of finished products tower which scaling in Shell Side is serious. The writer Justify a solution which a wavy-walled tube displaced a straight -walled tube. The techniques have been operated by plant.A wavy-walled tube technique should be used in old plant reforming or new plant.
