摘 要:对落叶松硫酸盐浆双升流塔氧脱木素(简称双氧脱木素,O1/O2)和D0EOPD1P四段漂白进行了研究,探讨了双氧脱木素O1段NaOH用量,D0段ClO2用量和P段H2O2用量对漂白效果的影响,分析了漂白过程可吸附有机氯化物(AOX)的产生量。结果表明,O1段NaOH用量为2.5%,O2段NaOH用量约0.5%,D0段ClO2用量为2.5%,EOP段NaOH用量为2.5%,D1段ClO2用量为0.8%,P段H2O2用量为2.0%时,终漂浆的白度达88.4%,黏度为701.9 mL/g,漂白过程中产生的AOX总量为0.88 kg/t浆。The two-stage oxygen delignification (O1/O2) and four-stage D0EopD1P bleaching of larch kraft pulp were studied, and the effect of the NaOH charge in O1 stage, C1O2 charge in DO stage, H2 02 charge in P stage on the bleaching efficiency was discussed, the AOX emissions from bleaching were analyzed. Results indicated that when the dosages of NaOH in O1 stage and in 02 stage, CIO2 in DO stage, NaOH in Eov stage, ClO2 in D1 stage, and H2O2 in P stage were 2.5% , 0.5% , 2.5% , 2.5% , 0.8% and 2.0% respectively, the brightness of the final bleached pulp was up to 88.4% ISO and pulp viscosity was 701.9 mL/g. The total amount of AOX produced during bleaching was only 0.88 kg/t.
