摘　　要：测量了从0°到90°摩擦取向的向列型液晶盒的光电响应曲线,发现在透过率随电压的变化过程中存在较大振荡现象,且振荡幅度与液晶盒的取向相关;通过对液晶盒出射光的偏振状态测量,发现液晶盒出射的椭圆偏振光的偏振方向会影响液晶盒的性能,且影响的强弱与液晶盒的摩擦取向有关.从理论上对该现象进行了定性解释.The transmission curves of twisted nematic liquid crystal cells with alignment angles ranging from 0° to 90° were measured. When the alignment angle changed, the fluctuation was detected in the curve, and the magnitude was related to the angle. The measurement of the polarization state showed that the polarized direction of elliptical polarized light may contribute to the effect. A qualitative interpretation of the phenomena was given.
