摘　　要：对当前下一代广电网(NGB)网管系统的发展进行研究,分析广电网网管发展的主要需求,提出适合广电网全程全网管控的三层管理模型,并设计了基于Web技术的集成融合网管。目前已基于该设计开发完成了下一代网络与业务国家试验床的网管系统,初步运行稳定,有效提高了运维效率。In this article we study the development of the network management system of Next Generation Broadcasting Network（NGB）,analyse the main requirements of the broadcast television network management,and propose a three-layer management model suitable for the broadcast television network control over the whole network,and design the Web technology-based network management with integrated fusion.Based on the design,we have completed at present the development of network management system for the state testbed of next generation network and services,its preliminary operation is stable,and this effectively improves the efficiency of the operation.
