经编弹性面料直条的预防与控制

摘　　要：经编弹性面料由于纱线的张力、物理性能、染色以及成圈机件的磨损等原因,容易引起直条疵病,针对这一问题,从工艺技术、设备、管理等方面提出了预防及控制的方法。原料方面,整经纱线要求"同一"、纱线卷装直径大小要一致、分散挂纱、纱线在恒温恒湿环境中的平衡;整经现场的调试包括现场关键工序及设备的调整、现场细节的管理、原料试织和试染;经编机织造过程的控制包括经编机的定时清洁、成圈机件及设备磨损的检查、精细分纱及对坯布卷取装置的检修;染整管理包括坯布精练处理、定形温度的控制、分开染色。以预防为主,通过测试、分析、预防、再测试、再预防来避免直条疵病,从而提高坯布质量,为经编弹性面料生产企业提供参考。Due to the reasons of yarn tension variation,different physical properties,different dyeing technology and wearing of knitting elements,strip defects are easily resulted for warp knitted elastic fabric.This paper puts forward some preventing and controlling methods in terms of knitting technology,equipment settings and management.For raw material preparation,the beamed warp yarns must be the same,the diameter of yarn package must be also the same,yarn distribution must be even,and yarn must be treated in the constant temperature and moisture environment;the beaming process should include key steps,adjustment of equipment,on-site details management,trial knitting and dyeing;control of warp knitting process should include regular cleaning of machines,regular inspection of knitting elements and wearing of equipment,accurate yarn distribution and maintenance of take-away device;and dyeing management should include scouring,control of setting temperature and separate dyeing.It can be concluded that the strip defects can be prevented through testing,analysis,precautions and retesting,thus the fabric quality can be guaranteed.The research results can be reference for warp knitted elastic fabric manufacturing enterprises.
