摘  要:介绍了涤纶的碱减量原理,分析了纤维形态与纤维细度、碱液浓度、处理温度和时间等因素对减量率的影响,指出纤维越细或比表面积越大,减量率越高.纤维细度也会影响涤纶的减量率,但其作用小于纤维形态的影响:碱液浓度越高、处理温度越高、处理时间越长,涤纶针织物的减量率越高,但不呈线性关系。选用两段法对碱减量工艺进行优化。即将涤纶弹性针织物的碱减量分为两个过程,第一阶段在相对较高温度条件下快速完成最终减量率目标的70%~80%。然后在相对较稳定的第二阶段及时增加或降低剩余减量率目标值。实践证明.这种工艺既可缩短碱减量处理时间,又可提高碱减量的重现性,减量率波动小.且对氨纶损伤较小。This paper introduces the caustic reduction principle,analyzes the influences of configuration and fineness of fiber,concentration of lye,treatment temperature and time on the reduction rate,and points out that the finer of fiber or the bigger of specific surface area,the higher of the reduction rate,and fineness of fiber will also influence the polyester reduction rate,but which effect is less than that of the fiber configuration.It shows that the higher of the lye concentration,the higher of treating temperature and the longer of treating time,the reduction rate of polyester fabric,but whose relationship is not linear.In addition,this paper optimizes the caustic reduction technology through two-stage way,i.e.,the caustic reduction of polyester fabric is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the 70%~80% of the total caustic reduction should be finished under higher temperature condition,and in the second stage,the percentage of caustic reduction can be modified accordingly.It proves that this technology can shorten the caustic reduction processing time and improve the repeatability with a small fluctuation of reduction rate and small damage to polyurethane.
