消定喷膜剂治疗36例创伤性肢体肿胀疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察消定喷膜剂治疗创伤性肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法:将肢体创伤患者66例随机分为2组。治疗组36例,予消定喷膜剂治疗;对照组30例,予消定膏治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组的愈显率分别为86.11%,86.67%。2组疗效比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组、对照组治疗3、6、9天显效例数相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消定喷膜剂具有较好的消肿定痛作用,用药起效时间快、痊愈时间短。Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of Xi^Ding PenMoJi in treating traumatic limb swelling. Method： All 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 36 cases in treatment group received XiooDing PenMoJi; 30 cases in control group were administered with XiaoDingGao. Result： Effective rates of treatment and control group respectively were 86.11% and 86.67%. Comparison of both groups suggested no statistical meaning in clinical effects（P〉0.05）. Comparisons between both groups had statistical meaning in numbers of effective cases at the third, sixth and ninth day （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XiaoDing PenMoJi can relieve pain and swelling, which can act quickly with short healing time.
